Bring a kraanian egg to Zhakar, which is on level 3 of Silvermoon Castle. Tell him egg and gain 2 levels, then return to see him.

He will tell you about the deep supremus, go kill him, then bring the scroll found on his body to Aloysius Starbolt at Silversky Castle, which will give you a mana stick in exchange for 32,000 Po. Bring the stick back to Zhakar, then go from new 2 levels before returning to see it.

The latter will then ask you to kill Zzartgax, who will appear next to him. Kill Zzartgax, then tell Zhakar to Zzartgax.
