Go see Priestess Elara at the temple of Windhowl and talk to her. She will ask you to defeat an evil entity, a Fallen Specter, lurking in a forgotten cave near the old Arakas labyrinth.

Bring back to Elara the Soul Fragment of Ezekiel. She will purify the artifact, but then send you to Tavrel of Opal, apprentice jeweler of Windhowl.

Tavrel will offer to assemble the fragments with sacred cloths for 20,000 gold coins. Once the work is done, return to Elara so she can complete the ritual.

She will then give you Ezekiel’s Robe, blessed to protect young adventurers in their first steps.
