This is a timed quest, do not stroll en route!

Find Kirlor Dhul, in a house east of the Temple of Lighthaven.

Tell him to register, in order to receive a letter to give to one of the Lighthaven merchants.

Go see one of them and tell him letter

The reward varies according to the one chosen: Rolph (750 gold coins) or Siegfried (6,000 xp)

Go to the City of Thieves located in the Cave of the Brigands, to deliver the letter to Assar with the word report.

Then immediately report the report to Lord Sunrock, the mayor of Windhowl.

You receive the reward and that is the end of the timing.

Your character must now gain 2 levels.

Important: Do not search for the diamond!

Return to Lord Sunrock who will accuse you of the embezzlement.

Return to Assar, who will ask you if you want to escape.

Answer him no.

He will send you to Le Fouineur in Windhowl to whom you will say shadow market.

He will in turn send you to see Ttyah Mark, located in the house just to his right.

Go to his house overnight and tell him the black market.

Now, by pronouncing black market, you have access to it at night.
