+**The plague spell lowers the target's max HP and ability to cast Light spells, as well as periodically dealing a small amount of damage.
+Useful mainly in PVP, but it's also very useful for high HP monsters (e.g. Colosseum monsters). Decreases target's max HPs by 25%, target's light power by 2%, and inflicts some damage over time. RD-Blind Man.
