Note: You can complete this quest up to level 25.

NPC : Pilou The Scientific :

Go see the NPC Pilou The Scientific located in the house near the Lighthaven tavern, talk to him.

He will ask you to kill the 3 mini bosses Goblin Leader , located in three different places on Arakas.

[ Goblin Camps, Brigan Camps, Goblin Bridge ]

Return to Pilou The Scientific , then tell him Work .

He will then give you The Belt of initiates and will cast the spell blessing of initiates .

Reward: Belt of initiates, gives +7 CA, +10 dodge, +10 archery, +10 attack . No prerequisites.
