NPC: Aurelius Skybound

Seek out Aurelius Skybound in the streets of Stonecrest. Speak with him, and he will recount the tale of the Pegasus of StoneHeim and offer to trade various pieces of armor. He will allow you to choose between High Elf or Barbar armor, depending on which piece you desire, and you will only need to meet his requirements.

For each piece traded, you will receive 500M experience. You are entitled to five rewards of 500M XP per armor piece. Beyond this limit, Aurelius will still complete the exchange, but no additional experience will be granted.
